Questions buyers ask first
What is the minimum order?
It varies by line, and the figures on this page are per item, not per order. Mixed orders are welcome: a container filled across several lines usually clears the minimum on each. Tell us the volume you are planning and we will say plainly whether it works.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are charged at cost with freight collect, and the sample cost is credited against your first production order.
Do you do private label and custom packaging?
Yes, on all lines. Logo placement, colourway, manual, retail carton, language and barcodes. We send artwork proofs and a pre-production sample before the run starts.
Who handles certification for my market?
We supply the test reports and technical files our factories hold, and can arrange third-party testing to your market's requirements at cost. Registration issued in your own company name stays with you, since it is your name on the box.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against the bill of lading. L/C at sight is possible for larger orders. Terms are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.
Which markets do you ship to?
We quote worldwide on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Tell us the destination port or delivery address and we will price the route rather than leave it open.
